Great place and people
Lots of new everything, ladies clothes now has a whole side and the hat shop very cool.
I stopped into Cowtown looking for a pair of cowboy boots, and Tracy was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond, even finding a dress and purse that perfectly complemented my outfit. I’ve since gone back a second time, and she was just as amazing. Outstanding customer service all around!
Thank You to Jocelyn her staff and Hat Effect for finding me the exact hat I wanted and personalizing it to my preference! Also, Thank you all for taking the time not only for me but for Jason as well you made our hat purchases perfect and so easy! Greatly appreciated!! Keep up the great work
