This poorly-led organisation has a history of high staff turnover; a toxic work culture; workplace bullying; poor occupational health and safety; mismanagement; woeful record keeping and slap hazard governance. Tax payers and the local Wheatbelt community deserve better. It is time to put public funding for community legal services out to tender.
