UPDATE - I was so pleased with the changes and overall things are still better, the chef that used to yell at you when you had simple requests is gone. Some of the leaders of the building keep changing. I had the pleasure of meeting the corporate support as they called themselves a few months ago. Shay and Monica were the real deal.
