Matt Stein of Stein/Watley came to my home and acted as if he could represent my case involving Medical malpractice. Actually he had no one at his firm who was qualified to litigate in my state of Tennessee. The lawyer who accompanied him from TN stated he had handled cases of this nature and he was an excellent litigator. What neither Mr. Whatley or his cohort told my husband or myself was that this “qualified litigator” had his license revoked in our state for multiple DUI offenses as well as stealing from their clients.
