I've been a shopper at Donna's shop for 12 years. I bought an Elna sewing machine from her 2 years ago and another one 6 months later. I had questions about something after the sale and emailed her. She answers emails very quickly and she has much experience, she intuitively knew what was happening with my machine and gave me excellent advice.
