I am a long time repeat customer of these guys. In generally l really liked their products and could rely on reasonable delivery, my last order has not been received for six weeks. I have sent them multiple emails and have made over 8 calls to to a number with a full mailbox. I cannot recommend them to anyone at this point.
I did not get what I paid for. Received an empty package from them and they did not offer to refund or replace. I am not out a lot of money, but I am appalled at the way they handled this.
