I called to make a phone appointment to talk to academic advising, the person who answered refuse to make this appointment, I have to email them my transcript before talking an appointment. If I could rate this to zero I would. Terrible customer service. Run away.
WCC got a new president for the 25-26 school year and it is no longer a safe, trustworthy space to be in
Was a student for 1 quarter and they made receiving any sort of assistance difficult. I was in weekly correspondence with their fin aid office from October until January trying to get my financial aid sorted and now I'm forced to miss a quarter due to a lack of care. Go to BTC is my recommendation.
Learning here is made easy and the Veteran Services Officer is super helpful
