I live in Tallahassee, Florida and went to the Whataburger on Tennessee St. Tuesday and the Whataburger on Monroe St. today. Each visit was for breakfast.I ordered two breakfast sandwiches each time and one packet of picante sauce. I repeated the order twice each time at the drive thru and never received my picante sauce at either location. I went thru drive thru on 05/17/26 super early morning and the kid at the window was super friendly and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Harley. He was patient in terms of allowing me time to decided what i wanted. More often than not, it's normal to feel rushed by the person working at the window at most fast-food places but he was helpful, patient and kind. I didn't feel hurried. So I'll admit I've never been a big What a burger fan, until today that is! Cristian and his employees were very friendly, very professional. The restaurant (inside) was so clean and I got to sit and eat in peace and quiet. I went in about 1:30 PM CST. It was very relaxing. I truly enjoyed my food and the atmosphere.
