I recently purchased a vanity with a matching cabinet, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the items is superb. Dan and Jamie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just ordered two shelves and I can't wait for them to come. Thank you for making quality items that will last for a long time.
The salesperson was very helpful but the customer service department did nothing when I called them about my issue, she just told me to go online with my problem, which I could not find any way to express what I was going through. I bought a mattress two months ago and is already sagging and creaking when I sit on the bed. Now I'm starting to wake up in the morning with back aches. We installed two vanities in a bathroom renovation project. I was very happy to find WWM and learn that they are 100% made in USA using reclaimed and/or responsibly harvested wood. Best of all- they are beautiful and very well constructed. They will answer your questions along the way and are very responsive. I am just trying to figure out what I am going to buy from them next!
Customer communication wonderful! Fantastic build on the table, which included some custom requests for us. Beautiful piece to start my new home! And I will add that my wife and I had some reluctance at first to order a piece without having seen any WWM work in real life, but Dan and Lucy (and team) were so very together that all our worries were put to rest. 100% recommended!!
What WE Make was amazing in helping me to choose the right dining table and the right color -- all while texting with me on a Sunday! When it came time for delivery, their communication and support make the whole process easy. And now the table is here--and its beautiful!
