The salesperson was very helpful but the customer service department did nothing when I called them about my issue, she just told me to go online with my problem, which I could not find any way to express what I was going through. I bought a mattress two months ago and is already sagging and creaking when I sit on the bed. Now I'm starting to wake up in the morning with back aches.
