Wedding cakes are not mere desserts, but are an expression of the moment's joy and beauty. My daughter’s wedding took place in a barn, calling for a natural design. A number of the guests had dietary constraints that had to be considered. Two givens that were addressed brilliantly by Jane. She created a cake and cupcakes where the simplicity of the former only enhanced the charming designs of the latter. And the taste… fantastic icing and a real, flavorful, moist cake. Perfection!
My husband and I recently attended our nephew's wedding. We have attended many weddings but this was the most beautiful cake that we have ever seen! Many of the guests were taking photographs and videos of this masterpiece. Oh, and to us the highlight of any reception is biting into that wedding cake. I was a guest at one of my friends wedding and I got to try this gorgeous cake! Not only was it BEAUTIFUL, it was delicious - moist white chocolate & raspberry sponge with a smooth white chocolate buttercream. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how yummy this cake was. Let's just say there were absolutely no left overs - not even a crumb!! Definitely recommend and worth an infinite amount of stars!!
