Kendy has been such a huge help with my gut health! She is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable in her field. Kendy helped me gain so much insight into my overall health, and I learned a lot from working with her. I always felt supported and understood after my appointments. Highly recommend!
Kendy Radasky is empathetic and kind with the mind of a chemist! I have worked with dieticians before and even completed a similar program to Restart but got more out of four weeks of classes with Kendy than anything else to date. Kendy made RESTART feel comfortable & exciting. I found myself excited every week for the next meet up and eager to learn. She was able to answer all my questions & explain things in a way where I could easily remember. During the program I noticed a huge improvement, both physically & emotionally. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity & would highly recommend using Kendy for this program.
I have taken 2 community Ed classes and the 5 sessions Restart class. I'm 82 and have had digestive issues that I knew weren't normal for over 4 years I kept hoping to find ways to be more what I considered normal. Finally, I feel good and have normalized. I have learned so much about nutrition and digestion and am truly grateful I connected with Kendy. Life is good.
Kendy is such an incredible teacher providing life long wisdom, tools, and education to integrate.
