Purchased a reclining settee in March 2025, from the Shirley Branch. We are now in November and the settee recliner bar has snapped. Anyway spoke with Whartons about the problem. Received a very professional response via “wattsapp” with the customer to pay for repairs. No surprise work not covered by warranty. Wow! what is these days… Anyway poor customer service and very poor communication. Would not recommend at all
