0/10 recommend this school. You’re better off going to HCC. The advisors are absolutely NO help. If you’re not planning to transfer to UofH they want absolutely nothing to do with you and couldn’t care less. The professors act like you’re a bother when you ask for help or go to office hours. No complaints about the actual school or professors so far. I will say this, though and I'll put it this way. A lot of the people that go to WCJC and this campus even are not from a Sugar Land socioeconomic background. As an indication of that, there was recently a fight/stabbing here that made local news.
The school is really good with great professors. EXCEPT, do NOT take speech with Tiffany Jones. She takes way too long to grade assignments and her instructions are always unclear. Whenever you ask her any questions she is extremely unhelpful. I was extremely unsatisfied with the way she teaches. I do not recommend anyone to take any class she teaches.
