Filling recommendation ended up incorrect, when audited wouldn’t even return a phone call to stand behind or help. Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend them for anything complicated. Given what was required to be completed by me (so they can just do data entry into their system) for submission, not worth the expense if they won’t stand behind the actual filing.
