I have received Botox/Dysport and BBL services. Always satisfied with my results and both Kelly RN and Tracy Licensed Esthetician are professional and efficient. However, I find booking new appointments very difficult and it's gotten to the point where I am seeking treatment elsewhere because of terrible reception and booking service. I often need to leave 2 or more messages over a few weeks before the spa calls back for a booking, which is shocking when I consider how much I pay for treatments.

I am from Spokane WA. I was trying to elevate my trip to Ainsworth Hot springs, so I knew I needed an IV. I get IV therapy in the US monthly. I really want to promote my overall health, and I wanted to get an IV to boost my immune system. It was a fantastic experience. I can’t say enough good things about Kelly. I walked in for IV therapy, and they were able to accommodate me. Kelly was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Flawless technique with minimal discomfort. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been going to WH Wellness for vitamin IVs, which helped me get through what I believed was a year of long COVID. Instead, it turned out to be my IUD. After spending an entire year in bed with frequent and prolonged headaches, digestive issues, and a level of fatigue that made me feel like my battery was at zero and might never recharge, I was desperate for answers. I was shocked and disappointed to experience a nurse from this clinic giving me what felt like fear mongering advice about my reproductive health over the phone when I had questions about an iron infusion. She has never met me or assessed me. I won’t be exploring further care here.
