I purchased a firearm from them awhile back and it was just stolen a week ago. I went to report it stolen but couldn’t find my receipt that has the serial number on it. I went back to WGS to ask for a copy of my receipt or if they had access to my serial number... they apparently keep all there receipts in paper and not in a database. The guy that “helped” me stated that it would take him two hours to get the receipt and that it would cost me $160 for him to get it...what????
