$400 for a 90 minute phone consultation. Wow! I couldn't even get a simple question answered to see if I even needed a consult. "All of our attorneys are doing consultations" is code for, we can't talk to you without pay. I just personally didn't like that considering I was calling on behalf of my elderly loved one.
I highly suggest you train your secretary better on customer service. Called to get a general idea of cost for a specific trust, and was met with unprofessional behavior. I've been meeting with several other firms and would say this interaction was quite off putting compared to what is industry norm.
We called W G Alexander to ask about estate planning. They promptly called us back and set an appointment to come in and discuss. It was so great having someone in the legal profession to Call you back so promptly and set an appointment to see you. In today’s world that is very rare because you usually have to wait to get a call back and wait even longer to get an appointment, so it was a great experience. I would not recommend this Attorney as he met separately without spousal participation.
His office assistant Kelly, Callie, whatever her name is-- is rude. Answered the phone in the most hateful way, was short, and dismissive. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this office. She said Bill has no paralegals, and if this is the case, meaning you can only speak to her-- his administrative staff is useless.
