Our large family was in need of furnishing for multiple homes and WFD seamless helped us from beginning to the very end. With large orders, there's bound to order changes WFD has been extremely flexible with us. We came in as customers but Sydney and George treated us like family. Prices are great, product is an abundance as they offer flexibility to order new product from various catalogs and fabric/hardware to choose from. Great prices and friendly service
Customer service/friendliness isn’t their forte.
We are former customers, and were looking to spend ~$3000 on a couple of chairs. NO HANDICAP ACCESS meant I could not get into the store in my wheelchair. No ramp, a step up to the door. So sorry, no business for you. Isn't this illegal in this day & age? We asked if we could come in the back and were told no.
