If I could give this bank zero stars, I absolutely would. Windsor Family Credit Union has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing banking experience I’ve ever had. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and overall disregard for their clients is unbelievable. One star is far too generous for the level of inconvenience I’ve dealt with. this branch of WFCU is fantastic to deal with, I just completed my mortgage with Swati, she was wonderful to deal with. As far as my day to day banking I love dealing with Mindy at the front desk, she is friendly and helpful.
They are a slow bank, most banks work during holidays, they do not, they cannot tell me when my money will be deposited or even a relative time. Over disappointed with the bank.
I was just there. Withdrawing money. The female teller directly beside the male teller saw me enter and instantly turned and ducked her face behind the counter , suddenly the male teller looked over the top of the counter. If she has a comment about me and as I was leaving they were talking about me. Look on your cameras
Most of my life I have been with one of the big 5 banks. 2 years ago I made the move to WFCU. Best move I have ever made!
