Not pleased with an interaction regarding the end of a leased vehicle. They were quick to toss the blame around when I had a few questions and made a comment about a discretion between the lease agreements they have and the one I signed and kept. This is not the type of customer service one would expect from a small local bank.
A few years ago I was recommended to go to WFCU for my banking needs.I was very surprised at the set up they have inside their bank.When you first walk in,the receptionist ask you for your name and if it is for personal or business.Then they ask you to sit down and wait for a bank teller to come out of their cubicle to greet you.I waited for about a minute,and was greeted by a very friendly teller.She brought me to her office,which is very private and I really liked this setup.They also have a drive thru for your convenience... read more
