Hate this place .. they leave you sitting in a reception chair and ignore you while the tellers are sitting at their desk pretending to be busy then they finally call you in after waiting forever. Smells so strong of perfume and the food someone heated up for lunch.
Good Bank, been with them for years! The one negative thing I could say is the new girl at the drive through window is not very friendly. She never says hello or what can I help you with when I pull up to the window. She just looks and waits. I always say hello and let her know what I need but as a customer, we should be greeted first by the bank representative. Maybe she's not used to working with people but saying hello when someone pulls up to the window and have a good day when we're done is common manners.
