Good Bank, been with them for years! The one negative thing I could say is the new girl at the drive through window is not very friendly. She never says hello or what can I help you with when I pull up to the window. She just looks and waits. I always say hello and let her know what I need but as a customer, we should be greeted first by the bank representative. Maybe she's not used to working with people but saying hello when someone pulls up to the window and have a good day when we're done is common manners.
If i could give 0 i would there customer service is non existent never goes outta there way help
Edited a minute ago New Rip offs. Cheated me on my lease by sliding lease return fees buried in paperwork. NEVER use them. They are lying cheaters. Would give zero if I could. Also had a clause even if NOT your fault in an accident you would have to pay vehicle depreciation costs. Avoid at all costs. Never in my life again deal with them again. Also calling my new job harassing me. Posting to my credit. Threatening payroll deductions. Avoid avoid at all costs
1 Star (wish I could give zero) If I could give this bank zero stars, I absolutely would. Windsor Family Credit Union has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing banking experience I’ve ever had. Not pleased with an interaction regarding the end of a leased vehicle. They were quick to toss the blame around when I had a few questions and made a comment about a discretion between the lease agreements they have and the one I signed and kept. This is not the type of customer service one would expect from a small local bank.
