Owner stated a part needed to fix a lift Lazy Boy chair would take approximately 10 days. Called 14 days later, the part had not been ordered. The individual responsible for ordering the part was on vacation, with no employee working that day aware the part was to be ordered.

Best furniture showroom I've been in years, and the staff are very friendly (and not overbearing). Place is a lot bigger than you expect from the inside and quite a bit of furniture and household goods to choose from. They also offer custom order merchandise if they don't have instocks. Itwms your lookomg for.

It's not often that you find such a wide selection of high quality furnishings and interesting appointments in such a helpful, no-pressure, and genuinely friendly environment. I bought a sectional for the living room quite a while ago, but couldn't take immediate delivery because I was renovating my house. W.F. Booth generously offered to keep it on the floor until I needed it (which I'm embarrassed to say was a very long time).
