Abysmal customer service…I called asking if they were stocking a specific brand and they said no and hung up on me without allowing me to ask a follow up question. Consider other suppliers who care about you as a customer rather then being kicked to the curb.
arrived 30 minutes before delivery appointment. Called the number no one answered. Called the number again 15 minutes later, someone answered. 15 minutes later forklift driver comes out to tell me that I will have to keep waiting.... several LTL trucks pulled in and got priority before my flatbed. 1 hour after appntmnt i was let in to start unstrapping. saw no bathrooms available.
Cancel load if you delivering here, you will wait at least 3 hours even no one is here, on Friday…….
Great place, arrived at 8:40 appt. At 9:00. Called number left a voicemail, gate opened at 9:00 forklift driver guided me to unload area . In and out in under 30 min.
