Update: No thanks. It isnt my experience that I am really concerned about. It is our elderly that my heart goes out to. However, I am concerned if you are sleeping well at night. I would not recommend anyone to bring family, friend, or any loved one to The Wexford House. There is a reason that the majority of the 10,15, 20, and even a few 30+year employees have left The Wexford House, that reason being the Administration and new owner Ahava Healthcare. In our long term care careers we had saw many changes, but the current Administration is absolutely the worst we had encountered by far. I love my job / facility! We strive to give the absolute best care to our short term and longterm residents as it is what they deserve. Our corporate team really cares about the employees and residents, they are always willing to jump in and help. I have never worked for a better administrator than Ella Daugherty, she truly cares about her residents, and employees. She always addresses and fixes any concerns! I feel very blessed to have a place here at Wexford!
