Went to get a personal loan was declined saying I have not had a loan through them before. I have had two personal loans through them and an auto loan before they stopped doing that. At the very least they should of done their due diligence and looked back at my account history. Will be getting rid of this joke bank as soon as I can get to another bank and get bill payment set up.
Such a terrible bank. NEVER answers the phone, never calls back and there automated system is just terrible. There are plenty of people there to pick up the phone. But I guess they are all out to lunch like the post office would not recommend this bank.
