I would highly recommend not using Wexford Management Company. I am part of a seven unit condo building, that does not require much in terms of management, and Wexford is still not able to do so. They have provided zero value and have actually lost our condo over a thousand dollars paying for services we never even used. Additionally, when you do ask them questions they are unresponsive and rude at times.
