If I could give them -50 stars I would. BS fees when I don’t even use the card. I closed my account and they still say I owe them money when I haven’t used it in months. I use Mudflap now, Highly recommend them
Unbelievable company they are so rude.I recently had an account because they were the bank for shell credit cards for fleet mgmt. Unfortunately, due to my bank making mistakes.My account had to be closed, which is fine because the way they treated me was nasty unprofessional.Sarcastic, it was unbelievable.Their employees go out of their way to make you feel like garbage.And not even attempt to be professional. This bank and Exxon Mobile Fleet cards are a complete joke. You get your bill after the due date, they will not waive late fees, and you can't setup Auto pay online. Horrible company and customer service...Avoid at all costs!
Had an Exxon mobile Fleet account for 2 months, the bill arrived after the due, they would not waive late fees, you cannot setup online auto pay. Customer service is overseas call center and basically no help. There system is stuck in 1987! Do not recommend!
