PLEASE...Pay close attention to their billing. I went there for 4 months for a 10-15 minute med check & they billed my insurance for 45 minutes each time. When I brought it up I was inappropriatly reprimanded by the secretary & owner & FNP. I recorded everything. Sadly, because I complained my depression & anxiety meds were held hostage for one week after my appointment. I called & texted several times, only to receive excuses from the owner. I have been going through mental health issues for 12 years and have gone through many different therapists and psychiatrists and nothing ever helped. Until I got an appointment here, Shannon And Timothy have been amazing especially and have helped me more than I could imagine. This place is amazing and it feels like a place that actually cares.
If it wasn't for this team of professionals I wouldn't be here typing this review. After waiting almost 6 months with the VA to receive care, numerous times I was ignored and resulted in a congressional complaint and finally got in here. These people care and they are AMAZING at what they do! Thank God for (W)evolve.
