I'm always so comfortable when Rebecca works on my instrument. She always does a great job. I appreciate her craftsmanship so much!
Having my violin/bow repaired by Rebecca was by far the worst experience of my life. The top had a crack to repair and the bow needed a re-hair and frog repair. When I dropped it off in January 2020 she told me she would have everything repaired and setup in 2 weeks. A month went by and I called her to check on the status. She said 2 more weeks.
