I recently purchased a wetsuit, the order was processed promptly! But had some problems with delivery. The customer service was very professional and very helpful!!! Rarely have I felt like as a consumer I mattered. But this was like a mom and pop business.. my experience is they actually really cared about about me as a consumer. Thanks guys!!!

I ordered a couple items for a relative overseas who wants to use them to get exercise as he battles end-stage cancer. However one of the items was the wrong size. I attempted to exchange it for a different size and was told that their return window was only 30 days. I asked for an exemption to do a trade, since it was for a sick family member. They told me no, that it was 30 days and they would not bend for a person dying of cancer. They did say I could order a new one from them and try and sell the old one. Very callous re... read more
