Terrible customer service and super Shady information requested. I recently ordered a wetsuit from Wetsuit Wearhouse, was a smooth and easy online experience. Card was charged receipt was sent. And then it got really shady really fast. Wetsuit Wearhouse requested scammer level personal information. Like IRS level personal information. i have ordered many wetsuits and accessories through this place! The people are wonderful and very helpful, as well as responsive if you need anything. Read the reviews for the wetsuit company to learn about the products! These guys get the leftovers so there should always be reviews out there! Wetsuit Wearhouse is on it. Shows up with very low ship costs very quickly!!!!
This company is the WORST! I didn't even want to give them one star. Do not buy a wetsuit from this company because if you need to return it for any reason they will not give you a refund and there is no one to contact. The Better Business Bureau couldn't even get through to them. I have lost out on $250 because of them. I hope they go out of business.
