My elderly parent's recent stay at your facility. Unfortunately, we had to rehome them due to a negative experience. Despite notifying staff of their allergy, it appears that the kitchen did not adhere to the dietary instructions provided.
I have done some stalls at this home with my small business during their fayre's and am completely astounded by the environment and compassion shown by the staff. The people who live there seem really happy and well looked after. The carers are really engaging. I witnessed some fantastic interactions and support and would not hesitate to use or recommend Wetherby Manor should the need arise. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you
