Quaint little fish and aquatic store! Great place to venture with the kids to look at all the different fishes and aquatic life. Base Street is between well known Green Street and Lake St. Clair. Is a small store so you will have to look closely to find it. The Fish and equipment are reasonably priced, just about the same as everywhere else.
The best out there! This place is the BEST place you can find to get Cichlids! They sell only fry so their prices are lower than everywhere else. They have a nice pond with KOI that every kid likes to look at. Their supplies are a little pricey, but their food are some of the BEST DEALS you can find. You get three times more food for less money than you pay in a store. Same quality if not better. We only feed our cichlids WTA food. RecommendedThis is a FAMILY business, run, literally, out of their own farmhouse/shed! We've been going there for YRS.! They use to have a zillion fish tanks and sold fish and supplies. But the owner has gotten up in age and the family isn't carrying on her tradition I guess. They have since sold all fish and only sell food and supplies and I don't know how long, before that stops. If they close, we'll have to take down our tanks cuz no one sells quality food around here, like they do!!! We will lose our only reliable food source. Plea... read more
