The environment is positive, with courteous staff and exemplary hygiene standards in every room.
Sad, especially because this is the only sauna of its kind in Brisbane. :( The place is small, old, dirty, and smells bad. The cleanliness was honestly shocking — lubricant and bodily fluids were left on the floors and beds, and the showers were messy and clearly not cleaned properly. The staff were also rude and seemed completely uninterested in doing their job or keeping the place clean. For $30, I expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.
Horribly rude and unkind staff - not sure if this is an ownership problem. Unfortunately, the other reviews are correct about this, though the consistency of them would suggest this.
