My parents moved to Westwood 2 years ago, there was some apprehension moving from their house but that didn't last long as the staff and residence sure made them feel welcome. My parents chose the Westwood as it has a warm and cozy feel, the bonus surprise was how great the people are. The building is always spotless and the food is truly amazing, we enjoyed many family dinners in the special dining room. My dad lived at Westwood for seven years, and despite being a very challenging resident at times, he was consistently treated with respect, patience, and genuine care. The staff made him feel like one of the most important members of the community, and that level of attention extended to everyone who lives there.
