I first contacted cliff at westwood after many days of surfing through the web to find the van we wanted. quite frustrated at this point cliff completely put me at ease! He was superb! within a few minutes after a lovely coffee I had found the van which was a perfect fit for what we needed. the whole process from start to finish was professional, swift & they certainly know what they are doing... they also followed up a few days later to check everything was ok. Terrible experience dealing with Elliott & Chris Deal pretty much agreed on a Range Rover they are selling and then I get a call from Chris to tell me they’ve had a “walk in” who has taken the car for a test drive & applied for finance Both of which is a lie, as they sold the car to a motor trader for less money then I was buying it for which is bizarre as was waiting for Elliott to send me invoice details so I could pay a deposit Elliott & Chris must have got a back hander for doing the deal almost £1000 less than what I wa... read more

Edit: sorry to have to do this, but the glowing review I left previously has been tarnished by the disastrous after sales service received when I purchased my van. Pre purchase, I felt like I was going to be looked after which is what u want. Nice friendly atmosphere, and going above and beyond.
