Our mother lived in Westwood in memory care for over a year. This was a very difficult time for myself and my family, however, there were some true caring individuals that spent time with her and made her days there as comfortable as they could have been. The special events, activities and the pub were all well-liked amenities. Special thank you to Rinku, James, Brianna, Autumn, Vanessa, April, Brandon, Trina, Sue, Jodie, Lisa, Debbie and all those that had a genuine and kind relationship with her.
Everything is perfect until extra help is needed. My mom was butchered with injuries from the staff. Three horrible wounds, 2 needing ambulance runs, all in one month. Plus so many more injuries! Careless inexperienced help! And who suffered? My mom! Don’t let the beauty of the facility fool you! She was not SAFE THERE! So at 89 years old I more her out and she dies 2 months later. My father was in to other senior facilities before this they couldn’t come close to the professionalism of Westwood. From the very first appointment my family had a good feeling. On behalf of my entire family, we were so happy with the personal care and support from the entire staff. My mom developed close relationships with most of the loving people who work there. Everyone had a smile on their faces or a kind word each day. There are not many places I would place a loved one in… but Westwood Inn is number one on that list. The Family of Becci Biliti
I wouldn't work here they don't pay good. And nobody comes to work really so be prepared to illegally work 10-20 residents by urself. Un certified caregivers I wouldn't put my dog in a place like this if u love ur people find somewhere better.
