I want u new hirer caregivers to be aware take a picture of ur miss punch slips and any documents that will prove ur wages 3 or 4 pay periods have went by I still have not gotten my wages. It's against law to withhold wages. This not not the first employer that I had to start legal action against. So if decide that u don't like the job and u leave like I did so they feel I should not get paid just have copies of ur time.
I fell in love with the building and staff from the first time I walked in. Rinku Topiwala and the care team here are SO welcoming! They take excellent care of their residents! Desiree Raspberry the director has been such a pleasure to work with professionally. Sonia has also been extremely helpful in their community! Westwood always has the best events and life enrichment for their staff. I love clean and updated the building is too. Thank you Westwood for being such a great example of top notch senior care
Westwood Inn is such a vibrant facility with such incredible leadership and caregivers. Rinku, Director of Resident Care, knows her residents so well and provides incredible leadership and care! I would trust her, Angel, Desiree, and ALL the other members of this team with my family members.
Our mother lived in Westwood in memory care for over a year. This was a very difficult time for myself and my family, however, there were some true caring individuals that spent time with her and made her days there as comfortable as they could have been. The special events, activities and the pub were all well-liked amenities. Special thank you to Rinku, James, Brianna, Autumn, Vanessa, April, Brandon, Trina, Sue, Jodie, Lisa, Debbie and all those that had a genuine and kind relationship with her.
