Overall the staff is very friendly. They have treated my family member with upmost respect and kindness. She is very well attended to even the administration and admission director stop by and check in on her and her roommate. This is a daily observation therefore they do strive to meet the needs of their patients. When I leave I know she is being attended too

Went to vist a friend. Facility was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. Building is older and could use some updates, but no foul odors. Overall nice place.

I recently visited a family friend at Westwood Center. I was pleasantly surprised at the entire atmosphere there. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating of us during our visit. I decided to inquire regarding a family member that we were considering placing in long term care. We took a tour of the center and I was amazed at the way that we would really be able to make her feel like she was at home here. This is a wonderful facility! Very clean, and everyone that we met was very friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I were going to put my grandmother here, but unfortunately she passed before admission. The facility still reached out and checked on our family to offer support during the time as well! I highly recommend them!
