I don't know whete to begin. When I took the tour prior to my husband being admitted for rehab everything was made to appear great. Cold to cool food. Supper tray left in room while he was at dialysis sometimes sitting in room for several hours. Once he had nothing waiting on him and nurse couldn't find him anything. Was supposed to get a bagged snack to take to dialysis. Out of 5 weeks there he may have received 4. He went three days a week.
