After having seen the number Google reviews from years past, and comparing them with the most recent reviews, I can confidently say 90% of the most recent reviews must have been from people they know/asked to post positive reviews. The communication is equally as horrible as in years past. I called 02/28/2024 to get an estimate and was advised to send photos, which were sent 02/29/2024.
