Won’t let make an online order. I send them an email no response or it takes them over 2 weeks to respond to a simple email.
Placed an online order on their website with a 5 day ETA. I confirmed that this would arrive within that timeline before processing the order. After 2 weeks, I followed up with the team because I never received the item. Marcus mentioned that he cancelled the order and updated the website. I did not get any communication or update for this process. Disappointing customer service.

I placed an order for light bulbs that were needed for my business. After weeks with no response, I e-mailed them to get an ETA on my order. Only then was I advised that the item was on backorder and it would be a few more weeks. We waited a few more weeks and are now at more than 60 days since the order was placed and they canceled my order and will not fulfill it. I'd find another supplier and would not recommend this business. Looks like they have quite a few other 1 star reviews also, should have looked at their reviews ... read more
