Very unprofessional. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Lies about her hours say she is open but when I showed up she was not. Spent almost an hour waiting for her to open her doors
Very irresponsible with tax documents. It was a disgrace the way you handled people's taxes this year.
Truly just awful, and I hate writing that on anyone’s business page. I am a firm believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt, hoping their “mess ups” were just isolated incidents that will not occur again, but that seems far from the case given the majority of reviews listed are of poor rating. Not only did Elsie so incompetently fail to report that my family owed multiple thousands of dollars in taxes, but she also uncaringly cost them an additional two thousand dollars in late fees.
