Our experience with Vet West was highly disappointing. A family member brought their dog in for an examination because she wasn't eating or drinking and was lethargic. Elvina Hui suggested a blood test, and after waiting for the results, they were informed that the dog needed more tests. They agreed, and were asked to leave her there, promising they'd receive a call.
