I spoke with Willy C., and she was rude and hung up on me while I was still asking questions. It seemed like she did not want to help because I called close to 5:00 PM. Her behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. I called back and spoke with Samantha, who was kind, patient, and very helpful. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided.
Weststar was an great experience overall. This was my first introduction to a credit union, where Miguel did an amazing job explaining to me the joining process along with answering any questions I had. He explained to me the benefits and the few restrictions with the opening of my account. He also seamlessly transitioned me to another team member Annie who above all made me feel welcomed and sure about my decision to join. Each time I have gone into the Eastern branch, I have always been met with a warm welcome and smiles. I have been visiting this branch more often for over a year now. Huge respect and thanks for Ann Kaolulo, who helps me through a lot of my financial needs!! She is the best!!
