Called me to say they needed me to change my address. I did what they asked. They still blocked my card and are refusing to turn it back on. When I went to submit my change of address I could hear the teller laughing with the person on the other end of the phone about how I was a difficult client and how they were in no rush to fix my account. Completely unprofessional.
