Update 05/18/2026: Contacted customer service today again about my checks being held over the next day policy on their website. Again I am given the run around and told that they are following Reg CC which is not what their own website says. I am told that they are deliberately withholding making my funds available due to the amount of money in my account... so they are attempting to accrue fees on my account by withholding my funds when they know my balance is low... I really want to like this bank and support local, but they just do not deposit funds from checks timely. Their own policy states funds should be available next business day after deposit, but it consistently is not the case. Even customer support states that a 2 day hold is "normal" which is NOT what their funds availability policy states... glad they finally updated their apps, but wish deposits actually went through timely... it's 2026 in the digital age and they still use lame excuses like "following banking guidelines".... read more
Terrible experience i just had. I came in as i usual to cash my check and when i went to count cash to confirm the right amount was given i was shocked to see i was short 100$ i was owed 566.60$ and was given 466.60 so i returned to fix the problem was i was met with a rude, uncooperative supervisor that said they did not make a mistake and told me the only thing i could do was come back the next day to talk to a supervisor.
