The more that I do business with this bank the more I hate them. Setting up an account was a nightmare, and was not done 100% the first time, so after sitting there for 2 hours, I had to go back and sign more documents. Attempting to pay for a group trip became a nightmare, when I had to physically go in to the branch to transfer over $10K (business to business). Getting checks from them has been a nightmare, the first time who knows where they sent them but they were not mailed to me it took them 6 weeks to figure that out.... read more
