After depositing a check on the WestStar App, I received a call from the Fraud Department asking if it was me putting money into my account? I thought it was a prank call, but they were serious. I told them it was a WestStar bank account. They held the money as long as they could. Funny!!
waiting 30 minutes just to be told “we will be right with you” and still had to wait another 20 minutes ti be acknowledge by someone, there was no line and yet no one willing to help through the drive-thru. everyone was outside just laughing and giggling while i was waiting for help. the other drive thru lanes got assisted before me even thought ive been here for almost an hour. unacceptable and horrible customer service.

Convenient bank but to deposit cash it's been a hassle lately. Is there an issue with the deposit machine??
