They need better customer service at the drive thru! they must have different training manuals because they all have different answers for the information you need. Don’t even think about making a suggestion on service either. It’s not like they are going to let you finish talking, the “lady” at the window raised her voice and tried to shut me up by talking over me. No manners, very rude and unprofessional.

One of the most difficult & disrespectful staff to deal with in the entire state of Texas. Do NOT bank with this company as all they care about is discreetly draining your bank accounts. I have NEVER felt as stupid as I have than trusting them with MY hard earned money just for them to turn around and “lose” it. Scammers!
