FYI My name is Earl Hall, I'm a member of the Weststar Viacount bank. The reason for this text review, is to provide insight on a situation that occured last week. I approached customer service specialist Cye Mendoza, about the problem , the problem to begin with had little to do with Weststar, it had everything to do with Zelle. Worst Branch I've ever been to poor customer service. People just standing around or sitting there looking at you needing help
Went in to open a new checking account. Mr. Cye Mendoza was very informative and helpful with the process. Process was quick and easy. Look forward to banking with West Star
Frustrated. Needed to deposit a check and was told I had to do it in person. (Treasury check) I went to the branch and after taking my things they ignored me for ten minutes to take some other call. Mind you, I was the I only one in drive through so suspect understaffing. Then said they didn’t know how to deposit my checks because I had previously tried to mobile deposit them (apparently you can’t do that with this sort of check.).
