My spouse and I have had help from Westside Physiotherapy & Acupuncture on a few occasions. Not surprisingly, once something happened on a Friday leading into a long weekend. Thankfully, the receptionist was able to squeeze in a time to be seen and relief was given before the end of the day. The staff did not pressure us to have follow-up appointments and that was appreciated. The staff is helpful and considerate. We'll definitely use their services in the future, if needed.
When I first called this practice, I was in despair, in so much pain and with no faith that Physio was going to resolve it. From the very first call right through to the last treatment I had recently, the whole service has been superb, so efficient and professional. Marie has kept me healthy and strong and mobile for so many years now. She is the absolute best Physio. I would highly recommend her and all the staff.
Westside Physiotherapy is, in my opinion a very effective solution to many medical problems. I found all of the staff, including reception helpful and understanding. Katie is very knowledgeable and indeed skillful in the application of healing therapy. I am thankful for the care I received at Westside and recommend them fully.
