A Shoppers Delight. Westroads Mall has changed over the past decades. I have seen many stores come and go. One thing has remained the same, the confortability of shopping there. The Westroads has expanded and added several major department stores. The JCPenny's Hair Salon at the Westroads has some of the BEST Cosmotologist that have been working there for years.
