My mother was there for 5 days. We had 3 pages of complaints. A few members of the care team are very good but 75% of them are lazy and don't want to be there. If they aren't out smoking, they are playing around, especially at night and on weekends. There seems to be no real supervision. In the five days my mother was there, no one ever cleaned her room. If I could rate this place a zero I would. My grandmother was admitted to Westridge Gardens, we had to move her out of there within 3 days of arriving. The staff is poor and liars, my grandmother fell and they argued with us and said she didn't we took her to emergency and she was all bruised up. Westridge Gardens tried to cover it up cause she could not have helped herself up. The did not feed my grandmother who could not feed herself because she shook and her food ended up all on her so she would go to bed hungry. When ask... read more
I had my father-in-law here. The compassion, dedication, and professionalism that the staff at Westridge provided gave him a sense of security, trust, and dignity. Not only was the care incredible, but the facility was very, very, clean and updated. Westridge is homelike.
