Our experience onsite with Myrna was great. We were excited to be part of a well-maintained, welcoming community until we encountered a challenge with the head office. Completely soured our experience -- it was transactional instead of relational and it appeared that the manager was not empowered to make the best decision for the estate and tenants.
One of the best estate I have ever seen. Beautiful neighborhood to be there with whole family or friends on barbecue. I'm case of any disturbance - security on site before police.
Not bad place but not family safe. There’s one place that has up 10 bins of feed out for the deer and animals and during rutting season especially we had them go after our kids, our dog and us. Then we don’t have a yard for 8/9 months of the year due to the amount of deer crap completely covering our yard. They started attracting moose and coyotes. our heater broke down, we called the emergency boardwalk, and Master Vitalii was sent to us. He turned out to be a polite and professional person, and he was also neat. He took off his shoes at the entrance, asked about the problem, said he would check everything, checked everything carefully, started fixing it, and until he was done, he left, the heater started working as good as new, Master Vitalii fixed it its good, high-quality.Thank him very much for that.
Excellent place to live! Maintenance is quick and the groundskeepers take care of the snow removal and cutting the grass regularly. Staff are friendly and great to deal with. They also provide family friendly events and contests for residents.
