Absolute nightmare. Go somewhere else. I have been with Westreet (TFECU) for over 40 years. Since it was acquired by the new managers the service as dropped off a cliff. They feature the worst robo phone answering system on the planet (next to ATT of course). Plan on a solid 20 minutes to get a person on the phone. They have no security at any branch. The only reason I have not left some time ago, is because I would have to resetup all my bill pay, transfers, checks, etc.

We street doesn’t care about people. My wife and I went to the main branch location to cash savings bonds. (Which we had done before). The person at the main branch told us that on saturdays sand springs and saupulpa are the only branch’s that can cash them on Saturday. This was an Emergancy I hadn’t been paid in two months and we were running out of food and gas. So we reluctantly went to sand springs. This is by far the best we street location, it is miles above and beyond the rest of the locations. There’s always plenty of staff. They never keep you waiting. They’re always super friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve seen them go out of their way to help elderly customers. They are just all around. Awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better bank.
